Almafi to Rome to Tuscany to Florence to Venice
1st Stop: Positano, Almafi Coast & Capri, Italy
After flying into Rome we took the train into Naples, where we got picked up by our driver, Giovanni (so Italian!) compliments of our hotel, Casa Angelina. And the drive takes about an hour and half but the drive is beautiful and scary towards Positano.
Via Gennaro Capriglione, 147,
84010 Praiano SA, Italy
So lucky to have met an Italian couple on “holiday” who recommended this restaurant to us. Its amaaazing… wish we were told to choose the “chefs choice.” Totally rookie/tourist mistake and ordered whatever we felt like… not even worth showing you the pictures of that.
Trattoria – Bar ‘Armandino’
di Gambardella Fabio & C.
Via Praia, 1
84010 Priano Italy
2nd Stop: Rome
We traveled by train from Naples to Rome and checked into the St. Regis. Rome is definitely jammed pack with tourists but its rightfully so! you have the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and not to mention the Vatican! There was so much to see and eat! the biggest problem we encountered was getting good recomendations for good places to eat. Listed below are some of the places we enjoyed
St. Regis Rome
Via Vittorio E. Orlando, 3 Rome, 00185 Italy
